General TERMS OF BUSINESS of (TOBs)
Artemis Nutritionals Europe AG, Blumenrainstr. 9, CH-9050 Appenzell (ANE)

All Sales, Shipments and Service from ANE are effected by the conditions mentioned below. Exceptions must be put down in writing and signed by both parties.
1. Contracting
ANE is obliged to fullfill the customers orders to the conditions and prices as mentioned in the Website
2. Prices
the final prices per unit and total prices of the invoices are calculated and according to our order confirmation. Inclusive are packaging costs and Value added Tax (VAT). Not included in the prices are side costs like shipping costs. Those costs will be mentioned separately on the invoice.
3. Shipping
all shipments are executed ex works our storage. Shipping costs according to the offers in the Website will be invoiced
Partshipments are allowed.
The Risk of damage or loss of the shipped goods is to be covered by the buyer from the moment the goods left our storage.
4. Payment Terms
in case of Pre-Payment to our accounts: a general discount in a percentage as mentioned in the Website is granted.
in case of Payment by Credit Card: the debit of the customers account is only after we have shipped out the goods.
in case of Payment against Invoice: the invoice is issued the day when the goods are shipped and is due within 14 days after date of invoice, net without any deductions.
5. Right to Rescind
according to international rules both partner have the right to rescind within 7 working days. It is enough to send off this declaration with this 7 days f.e. by email or fax.
6. Ownership
the goods remain property of ANE untill the complete payment.
7. Domicile of Court
all agreements and legal actions follow the swiss rules. Place of executive and court is Appenzell or in choice of ANE any other place in Switzerland.
Should single parts of this Terms of Business become completely or in parts inoperative, the rest of the contract remains.
